How does a PSA nitrogen station produce nitrogen?
Clean and dry compressed air passes through carbon molecular sieve beds. Oxygen, carbon dioxide, water vapor, and trace components are selectively adsorbed, while nitrogen passes through as product gas. The towers alternate between adsorption and regeneration for continuous production.
What nitrogen purity range can be supplied?
The purity can be configured across a wide range depending on application needs, commonly from medium-purity inerting levels to high-purity industrial grades. With an additional purifier, ultra-high nitrogen purity can be achieved.
Can the station provide high-pressure nitrogen?
